Y'ALL! I am so excited! I just got 3 super exciting emails. The first was my "sub" for Sunday school letting me off the hook for this week so I can go to Columbia with my sweet friend Tyler! I'm super pumped! The second was about USCB GRADUATION AHHHHH!! It is coming up so soon and I seriously can't believe I've made it this far. 70 days, 21 hours, 50 minutes, and 43 seconds... Not that I'm counting or anything! I am so proud of myself and need to keep my eyes on the prize as much as possible until then! Willpower!
The third email made me simultaneously squeal and cry. If you've ever witnessed this in me, IT AIN'T CUTE! But it's awesome :) My tickets are booked to fly to Kentucky on March 14th for the YAV placement event!! This event is where I will interview with the international sites, meet all of the site directors, and (I think) ultimately decide with the site coordinators where I will end up! I am sooo excited about this and can't believe I have so many incredible opportunities. At this point, I have narrowed it down to Tuscon, Denver, Nashville, Peru, or Kenya. You know, all those not-at-all-cool-places! Please keep me in prayer as I go through this discernment process, I want to hear God's voice and not listen to my own!
To update... Last weekend I chaperoned my church's youth group on a ski trip to Montreat, NC. It was absolutely incredible! I had so much great quality time with the kids, and they definitely bring out my crazy goofy side! I am so grateful for friends who bring that out in me. We had an absolute blast, and I am thrilled to be back in Beaufort with them...in a little warmer weather. I've been busting my booty off in school, and have been staying in Bluffton with some very generous friends for the last few days so I don't have to make the hour long commute on nights when I'm at school until 8 pm! I got to sleep in my own bed finally last night and it. was. awesome. It's the little things :)
Not having facebook is HARD! I didn't realize how much I use it to find pictures and contact people who's numbers I don't have! It has been a serious challenge, but it is nice to disengage for a little while. I miss getting updates on everyone, so please please call or email me! abbykraft9@gmail.com :) Love you all so very much!

PS... got a 93 on my first math test. HOLLA!!!!!

This was in my email from USCB... SO dorky! Hahaha!

Apparently I revert to five-year-old Abby when around snow.

I had so much fun with these awesome girls and so many more on our ski trip!

I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!
